The current model is not a lack of heart, but a failing architecture: we manage emergencies instead of building the future.
While the digital economy generates billions, the animal cause remains begging, excluded from the intrinsic value of the Internet. This paradox must end.

The project SANCTUAIRE – Animal Rights Keeper (ARK) is not just another association, but a global control center. It operates like an operating system (OS) that provides shelters and sanctuaries with the financial and technical resources necessary for their mission.

The ICANN 2026 opportunity: Seizing the digital territory

We are seizing a historic window of opportunity: ICANN’s opening of new domain name extensions in 2026.

The .ark as a lever : The goal is to secure the .ark extension to make it a perpetual funding engine.
Automated financing : Holding sovereignty over the .ark means indexing animal protection onto the Web’s very infrastructure: each domain name becomes an autonomous and perpetual financial lever, guaranteeing shelters a stable resource for every care and every rescue.
A high-integrity asset : The .ark will be a ‘Premium’ extension, protected against spam and reserved for actors committed to the ‘Tech for Good’ movement and the defense of life.

The ARK ecosystem: The affiliation model

Inspired by the efficiency of decentralized architectures, ARK separates infrastructure management from on-the-ground execution:

ARK Sanctuary (The headquarters) : Acts as the protocol maintainer. We absorb systemic complexity (legal, bulk purchasing, global communication) so that field actors can focus on care.

State-of-the-art infrastructure : Acquisition of land and construction of internal care facilities to ensure excellent care.
The standard of semi-freedom : Development of large spaces adapted to the real needs of each species, far from cages and traditional confinement.
Upgrading the sector : Support and restructuring of existing shelters and sanctuaries to integrate them into the ARK model, helping them reach our standards of welfare and efficiency.

For animal protection to be sustainable, it must stop depending on the volatility of donations. The .ark substitutes “charitable spending” with “industrial efficiency”.

Operational sovereignty : By internalizing care centers and pooling purchases at the source, we eliminate intermediaries and external margins. Every euro is directly injected into rescue, without loss.
Long-term resilience : Thanks to a strategic endowment fund, we guarantee the stability of the Arches in the face of economic crises. Affiliated structures become autonomous and protected from financial fluctuations.

The financing of affiliated sanctuaries and shelters is framed by a strict ethic to ensure that every euro generated by the digital world truly serves the living:

Full redistribution : 100 % of net profits generated by the sale and renewal of .ark domain names (after operating costs and safety reserves) are irrevocably earmarked for the animal cause.
Total traceability : Financial flows and disbursements to affiliated structures are automated and audited by third parties (such as independent auditing firms or international certification bodies like Charity Navigator or GiveWell), thus ensuring rigorous external control and distribution without any opacity.
Real-time verification : A dedicated traceability interface allows linking each euro collected to compliance steps and field actions, making the project’s impact publicly verifiable.

To avoid any opacity, redistribution is made publicly verifiable. Reporting and disbursements are automated as much as possible and subject to external control by a third-party audit. Each .ark domain holder can thus verify in real time how their contribution participates in the creation of a shield for the living.
